Hold function typically used for measuring temperature change over time. Temperature range varies with thermistor style selected. Thermistors sold seperately. Thermistor handle included for measuring temperature in confined areas. Applications include probing power components, probing inside enclosures through air vents, measuring temperature drop across a heat sink, etc..
